CAPI is proud to be a key partner in the Boosting Excellence in Second-Tier Higher Education Institutes (BEST) Project, funded by the European Union (EU) for the period 2025–2027. This prestigious project aims to modernize higher education institutions, strengthen academic and research capacities, and promote international collaboration in teaching and learning.

Through BEST, CAPI has established strong partnerships with three leading European institutions:
⦁ Tor Vergata University, Rome, Italy – Collaborating on research initiatives, faculty exchange programs, and curriculum enhancement in business, technology, and sustainable development.
⦁ University of Piraeus, Athens, Greece – Focusing on joint academic programs, student mobility, and knowledge transfer in finance, management, and innovation.
⦁ Institut de Haute Formation aux Politiques Communautaires (IHF), Brussels, Belgium – Engaging in capacity-building workshops, policy-oriented research, and training programs to strengthen institutional governance and international standards.
These international collaborations enable CAPI to:
⦁ Offer student and faculty exchange programs for global exposure and intercultural learning.
⦁ Participate in joint research projects addressing regional and global challenges.
⦁ Enhance curriculum development with innovative teaching methodologies and international best practices.
⦁ Build global networks that provide students with international career pathways and research opportunities.

Through the BEST Project and other international partnerships, CAPI continues to bridge Cambodia with the global higher education community, equipping students with the skills, knowledge, and experiences needed to succeed in a competitive, interconnected world.
